It’ll not cause any problem to your layout but have an impact on site performance and functionality. Moreover, It can be overwritten once the plugin is updated.

Write down the changes you’ve made in a separate file, so if the plugin gets updated you’ll be able to make these again.

Currently, there’s no option to achieve this because the font size of text implements according to the screen width. If you persist in it, you can add custom CSS code inside
WP-Admin Dashboard > Tower Panel > General Options > Custom CSS Code
