There’s no such to do it because there’s no widget in the theme that contains the “Add to cart” button. Add to cart button can be available on the single product description page.

1- One is the menu is not loading fully at first…

2- Using the ‘stretch using js’ for a section in Elementor was causing it to mess up the order of the sections…

3- Is there a way to change the website loading effect?
There are only two preloader effects available in the remake theme and you can change them from:
wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > General > Site Options >
Preload Effect Style

4- I was also finding the site logo was not rendering…
Its looks all pretty on our end. Please clear your browser cache and then check. If the problem remains persists then please share a screenshot or a video.

Edit with elementor > Edit Hudson Slider > Styling > Active Item BG > Select you color
